Coasteering adventures at Stackpole are ideal during high tide. Kick off the expedition with a thrilling leap from Stackpole Quay. Navigate through a series of sea caves, complete with invigorating jumps and challenging climbs.

During low tide, the coasteering route, originating from Barafundle Beach, unveils a plethora of exploration opportunities, revealing mesmerising sea caves and more.

In a Nutshell:

All gear including wetsuits, helmets, and buoyancy aids will be provided based on pre-booking sizes. An instructor from Pembrokeshire Coastal Adventure will guide you through the adventure and ensure safety. Consent forms are mandatory, and medications like inhalers can be safely stored. Bring shoes with good tread and swimming trunks.

£50 per adult & £45 per youth (8-17 years).
