All you need for coasteering in Pembrokeshire is a towel and trainers to wear in the sea. Also, if you have them with you, swimming trunks to go on top of the wetsuit would be ideal.

We supply everyone with a wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet.

No! Every venue is great at high or low tide! Usually low tide exposes more sea caves to explore and smaller jumps. You can check the tide times at https://www.tidetimes.org.uk/tenby-tide-times.

Everything you wear for a coasteering session makes you float! So as long as you can doggy paddle you’ll be fine. Additionally, all lead instructors for coasteering are qualified beach lifeguards.

Once you have completed the booking process, you should receive an email with directions attached. We will meet you at the designated car park, with all the kit ready to go!

Lead instructors must either be signed off by our technical advisor or be a qualified NCC coasteering guide. They also need to have a water qualification, such as Beach Lifeguard and be first aid trained.

If the sea is too rough then the session may be postponed or cancelled. We will let you know our decision in advance.
