Yes, there are beginner-friendly climbing routes in Pembrokeshire suitable for those new to the sport. We’ll take you to several climbing areas that have a range of routes catering to different skill levels, so beginners can start on easier routes and progress as they gain experience.

Once you have completed the booking process, you should receive an email with directions attached. We will meet you at the designated car park, with all the kit ready to go!

Lead instructors must either hold RCI or SPA qualifications. They also need to be first aid trained. For tidal venues instructors must also have a top access climbing certificate.

Climbing in Pembrokeshire may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, such as high winds, heavy rain, or storms that make climbing unsafe, particularly on sea cliffs. If there is a chance the climbing session will be cancelled, we’ll let you know the decision as soon as possible.
